What happens after I sign up?

One of the Rush Chairmen will get in touch with you & answer any questions you might have about Theta Chi. We will typically look for a time that works for you to come out to the house, take a tour & meet some of the guys. We are able to plan on a pretty flexible schedule, so anytime that works for you can typically work for us.

Where can I learn more about the Greek System?

The Interfraternity Council (IFC) is the governing body for the fraternities at UW. Check out their website.

What if my parents have questions?

We always welcome the involvement of parents in the overall process. Whether they would like to come tour the house, or talk to some of the officers, we are happy to facilitate that. We are in the process of putting together an open house for the end of Spring, so give us a call if you &/or your parents are interested in attending.

Is living in a fraternity expensive?

While the costs vary based on the number of men living in the house, it is most typically cheaper than the dorms &/or living off campus. Room & board charges are all inclusive, covering rent, utilities, food, cooks wages, maintenance, social etc. When evaluated on a monthly basis vs. the alternatives, the cost of living at Theta Chi is quite affordable.
